Keok Meng sends this advice to fellow members. You wish to listen to him or not..it is up to you
Immediately, after my return from the Mediterranean cruise, I began to walk with a knee ache.
It is 3 months now and I am 95% cured now.
My orthopaedic surgeon says it is early Osteoarthrits
How did I get it? And how you may avoid getting it?
1st. Old age and 20% in this world suffer from it.
2nd. I used to climb over 50 steps every week in the hilly park behind my house,
taking,2 steps at a time.Dr says avoid climbing stairs. Govt building lifts in all HDB estates
3rd And the real cause of my knee ache is CLIMBING the Greek theatres and hilly tourist sites
like Santorini (Greek island),Acropolis, Dubrovnik (Croatia) and Taormina (Sicily)- See one of my photos above.
I had to climb to the top of the theatres---being a photo-video enthusiast.
And many of them - in Sicily, Turkey and Athens
His advice is to avoid walking steps as much as possible.
